About It

Biomass energy is a kind of energy produced by biomass. Biomass energy is a very important renewable energy which can be stored and transported. Biogas can also be used in agricultural production, such as greenhouse heat preservation, baking agricultural products, grain storage, fruit preservation and so on. For the community level, biogas can be used for power generation and mechanical power. The biogas produced by large and medium-sized biogas projects can be used for power generation, boiler burning, food processing, heating, etc. Biogas purification system is a system specially made into usable biogas.

As a new energy, biogas has been used more and more widely. It is strictly stipulated in China’s environmental protection standards that when biogas energy is used, the content of H2S in biogas gas shall not exceed 20mg / m3. No matter in industrial or civil gas, H2S must be removed as much as possible.  

When biogas is produced from anaerobic fermentation plant, especially in medium or high temperature fermentation, it carries a lot of H2S. Due to the existence of a large amount of water vapor in biogas, water and H2S in biogas work together to accelerate the corrosion and blockage of metal pipes, valves and flow meters. In addition, SO2 generated after H2S combustion combines with the water vapor in the combustion products to form sulphurous acid, which causes corrosion on the metal surface of the equipment, and also causes pollution to the atmospheric environment, affecting human health. Therefore, before using biogas, H2S must be removed.  

Biogas dehydrator (steam water separator) is a new generation of product developed by ourselves according to the needs of dehydration of gas storage tank industry in biogas industry. It has reasonable design, fast gas return speed and strong corrosion resistance. The biogas dehydrator is of atmospheric pressure vessel structure and carbon steel equipment. The interface type is of flange structure, which is suitable for the occasion of removing the entrained liquid drop in the steam and compressed air system. The product can reduce the hydrogen sulfide poisoning during manual operation.  

The function of fire arrester is to prevent the flame from entering the equipment, container and pipeline, or to prevent the flame from spreading in the equipment and pipeline. Its working principle is to set fire blocking medium between the two sides of the biogas inlet and outlet. When either side is on fire, the flame propagation is blocked without burning to the other side. Generally installed between gas pipeline and equipment. The shell can be made of stainless steel, carbon steel and other materials.
