General Introduction

1. Combined with the actual needs of biogas use, it carries out systematic desulfurization, dehydration and other purification treatment of biogas. The system is a dry desulfurization system, which not only ensures the high efficiency of desulfurization and dehydration, but also makes the whole system process simple, daily management convenient and operation cost low.

Desulfurization principle: the basic principle of dry desulfurization is a method of specific filler (special desulfurizer for biogas) to oxidize H2S to sulfur or sulfur oxide with O2, also known as dry oxidation. The basic structure of dry desulfurization equipment is to put packing in a special desulfurization tower. The gas passes through the packing layer in the desulfurization tower at a low flow rate from one end, adsorbs or absorbs hydrogen sulfide (H2S) and reacts to sulfide or polysulfide, and then remains in the packing layer. After purification, the gas is discharged from the other end of the desulfurization tower to achieve the purpose of desulfurization treatment.

4. Loading process:

(1) : first, sieve the desulfurizer and remove the powder

(2) : the desulfurizer shall be filled into the tank gently from the lowest height.

(3) : the desulfurizer shall be loaded evenly to avoid gas bias.

(4) : when filling, avoid trampling to avoid new powder.

(5) : scrape the surface after filling.
